There’s another day of NBA action on Saturday, and I’m back to share my favorite player prop picks from around the league.
Payton Pritchard poured in 36 points and seven rebounds to help the Boston Celtics curtail the red-hot Atlanta Hawks, before Luka Doncic continued his torrid play with 41 points and eight rebounds in the Los Angeles Lakers’ win over the Brooklyn Nets.
Saturday’s slate includes a nationally-televised matchup between the Milwaukee Bucks and San Antonio Spurs, which will notably give Victor Wembanyama a chance to continue his rapid ascent in MVP odds.
Here are my top NBA player prop picks and bets for Saturday, March 28.

Wemby was recently asked to describe the three main reasons he deserves the MVP award, and he actually answered the question. That’s uncharacteristic for many players and him, but with the pressure turning up, I believe that he is going to look to be aggressive as a scorer as he is potentially weeks away from becoming the youngest NBA MVP of all time.
The 7-foot-4 Frenchman went under in four of his last six games, but he also scored 22 points in just 22 minutes in his only previous matchup with the Bucks, who ranked 23rd in points allowed per game over the last few weeks. Wemby went over in five of the last six games in which he played at least 30 minutes, and I like his chances today.

Knueppel averaged 19.1 points per game and went over in four of his last seven outings, scoring 26 points on 64.3 percent shooting against the New York Knicks on Thursday. He went under in both career matchups with the Philadelphia 76ers, but one of those was in just his second game, and he only got to play for 20 minutes in the other.
Knueppel is still shooting the ball at an extraordinary level, averaging 49 percent from the field and 43.3 percent from three. The Sixers were 19th in average points allowed over their last 15 outings and have Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid back, so they could look to run in transition and create more fastbreak opportunities.

The Detroit Pistons’ defensive numbers haven’t taken much of a hit since Cade Cunningham went down with a collapsed lung, and they still allowed the fewest assists per game over the last few weeks. That could limit the playmaking opportunities for Hyland, who went under in three of five games since being bumped up in the Minnesota Timberwolves’ rotation.
Hyland is not a natural playmaker so much as he is a natural scorer who happens to create some passing opportunities off of that. He had eight dimes in his last outing, but he also went under in three straight just before that, giving this line lots of potential value.

The Phoenix Suns are far from the best rebounding team in the league, and their guards and wings don’t offer much support as individuals. Williams is inconsistent, but the Utah Jazz’s pace of play should help create extra rebounding opportunities.
The younger brother of OKC’s Jalen Williams, he went over in four of his last seven outings. He’s just as capable of having one rebound as he is 11, but this feels like an open matchup and a solid opportunity for him.

Yabusele shot the ball extremely well from the perimeter in March, making 2.0 threes per game on 44.9 percent from deep. He also made exactly two of his five three-point attempts in three straight games, putting him on a good run entering tonight’s matchup with the Memphis Grizzlies.
While the Grizz look pretty bad on defense and do not defend the three well, this is asking quite a lot of Yabusele. He made 12 of his last 22 threes and went over in five of six, and he just isn’t the type of player who gets enough volume to consistently cash the over.
