Seahawks: Spread +1.0 (-120) | Moneyline -110
Cardinals: Spread -1.0 (+100) | Moneyline -110
Total: Over/Under 43.5 (-110/-110)
The Seahawks and Cardinals will battle in an NFC West showdown. The Seattle Seahawks pounced on the Saints in Week 3, winning 44-13.
San Darnold was 14-18 for 218 yards with two touchdowns, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba continued to dominate with 96 yards. The Cardinals need to bounce back, but should have difficulty against a superior Seahawks roster.
Arizona lost James Conner for the season in Week 3, and Kyler Murray hasn’t lived up to expectations. Arizona must throw to win, and this most likely won’t end well.
Vikings: Spread -2.5 (-115) | Moneyline -150
Steelers: Spread +2.5 (-105) | Moneyline +125
Total: Over/Under 41.0 (-110/-110)
The Minnesota Vikings are in better shape with Carson Wentz than with JJ McCarthy. Wentz was 14 of 20 for 173 yards and two touchdowns in his debut against the Bengals.
Minnesota won by 38 points, and while this week's game against Pittsburgh should be closer, the Vikings have a much better team. Minnesota has a legitimate defense and potent weapons on offense.
The Steelers survived against the Patriots in Week 3 because they forced a bunch of turnovers. If the Vikings hold onto the ball, they should cruise to a win in this contest.
Eagles: Spread -3.5 (-110) | Moneyline -185
Buccaneers: Spread +3.5 (-110) | Moneyline +155
Total: Over/Under 43.5 (-110/-110)
America’s Game of the Week features the Eagles and Buccaneers in Tampa Bay. Each team’s perfect record is on the line, and Philadelphia is favored to win the NFC. If the Eagles want to leave Tampa Bay with a win, they need to shut down Baker Mayfield.
Mayfield is making an MVP case through three games, with comeback wins in all contests. The Buccaneers drove the field and beat the Jets on a game-winning field goal on Sunday.
Emeka Egbuka has emerged as Mayfield’s top target, with Mike Evans in a supporting role. It has been a solid combination, but Philadelphia will likely be too strong.
Saints: Spread +16.5 (-110) | Moneyline +900
Bills: Spread -16.5 (-110) | Moneyline -1600
Total: Over/Under 47.5 (-110/-110)
The Saints must score on nearly every possession to beat the Bills on the road. Seattle defeated New Orleans on Sunday, and they struggled to find any offensive rhythm.
If Seattle can score over 40 points on New Orleans, the Bills can score 60 points. Josh Allen is the NFL MVP favorite, and he is playing outside of his mind.
Allen has 755 passing yards and five touchdowns through three games. Spencer Rattler isn’t worthy of being a starting NFL quarterback.
While the spread is 16.5 points, we have no choice but to lay the points with the Bills.
Browns: Spread +8.5 (-110) | Moneyline +350
Lions: Spread -8.5 (-110) | Moneyline -450
Total: Over/Under 45.5 (-110/-110)
The Browns have one of the best defenses in the NFL, and this was clear on Sunday against Green Bay. Cleveland will try to knock off an NFC North team for the second consecutive week, facing the Detroit Lions.
Myles Garrett wreaked havoc on the Packers' offensive line last week, and he’ll need to play the same way to give his team a chance.
The Browns are getting 8.5 points in this game, which is worth taking due to their strong defense. If they score 10 points, which is doable against the Lions, they could easily cover this line.
Titans: Spread +7.0 (-110) | Moneyline +275
Texans: Spread -7.0 (-110) | Moneyline -350
Total: Over/Under 39.5 (-110/-110)

Chargers: Spread -6.0 (-110) | Moneyline -275
Giants: Spread +6.0 (-110) | Moneyline +225
Total: Over/Under 44.0 (-110/-110)
The Los Angeles Chargers are currently leading the AFC West thanks to their undefeated record and win over the Chiefs to start the season. Los Angeles dominated Kansas City, and the Chiefs beat up the Giants.
This means the Chargers should have a field day with New York. Russell Wilson has looked solid for one game this season, but he is over the hill.
Justin Herbert enters this game as one of the most dominant passers in the NFL. Herbert has thrown for 860 yards, which is the best in the league through three games.
Commanders: Spread -2.5 (-110) | Moneyline -150
Falcons: Spread +2.5 (-110) | Moneyline +125
Total: Over/Under 45.5 (-110/-110)
When a team gets embarrassed in the NFL, they tend to respond well. This was the case for the Atlanta Falcons last week against the Carolina Panthers. Michael Penix and the Falcons offense failed to score a point, but they’re much better than they showed.
Washington beat up a battered Las Vegas Raiders team with Marcus Mariota at quarterback. Mariota played well, but he will need to do more to beat the Falcons in Week 4.
We expect Penix to be better, but for Atlanta to lean on its rushing attack behind Bijan Robinson. Take the points with the home dog that’s looking to respond.
Panthers: Spread +5.5 (-110) | Moneyline +205
Patriots: Spread -5.5 (-110) | Moneyline -250
Total: Over/Under 43.5 (-110/-110)
Mike Vrabel’s NFL Coach of the Year resume isn’t off to a great start. The Patriots have played sloppy football all season.
They turned the ball over five times against the Steelers on Sunday, and still only lost the game by seven. New England’s defense stepped up in the second half, but there was still poor tackling throughout the game.
On offense, Rhamondre Stevenson fumbled twice, and New England was inside the five-yard line multiple times and earned no points on these possessions. Luckily for the Patriots, they get to face Carolina on Sunday and should get right with ease.
Colts: Spread +3.5 (-110) | Moneyline +165
Rams: Spread -3.5 (-110) | Moneyline -200
Total: Over/Under 49.0 (-110/-110)
The Indianapolis Colts have their most challenging game of the season to date on Sunday against the Rams. Los Angeles should also be furious after their loss to the Eagles in Week 3.
The Rams had a comfortable lead over the Eagles and a 90%+ chance of winning in the third quarter. They blew the lead and had their game-winning field goal blocked to go to 2-1 on the season.
Yet, the Colts present a lot of challenges for a Rams team that may still be suffering from an Eagles hangover. Daniel Jones has been playing at an MVP level, plus the 3.5 point spread is very appealing.
Jaguars: Spread -3.5 (-120) | Moneyline +150
49ers: Spread +3.5 (+100) | Moneyline -180
Total: Over/Under 47.0 (-110/-110)
The San Francisco 49ers have been outstanding this season without Brock Purdy in the lineup. Mac Jones has won games for the team at quarterback, and he is ranked as one of the best backup quarterbacks in the game.
The issue for San Francisco is that the team is already struggling with health. Nick Bosa is out for the season with an ACL injury, and this will cause issues against the Jaguars.
Jacksonville is coming off a victory over Houston. The team is playing excellent complementary football, and this should make the difference in the game.
Ravens: Spread -2.5 (-110) | Moneyline -150
Chiefs: Spread +2.5 (-110) | Moneyline +125
Total: Over/Under 48.5 (-110/-110)
The Kansas City Chiefs have knocked out the Baltimore Ravens consistently since Lamar Jackson entered the league. The Chiefs are struggling, but they’re still the gold standard in the NFL.
Kansas City beat New York in Week 3, and this was their first victory of the season. The Chiefs looked dominant at times, but they’re still out of sorts, and this isn’t a winning formula against the Ravens.
Baltimore is one of the best teams in the NFL, and they should seek revenge against Patrick Mahomes.
Bears: Spread +1.0 (-110) | Moneyline -105
Raiders: Spread -1.0 (-110) | Moneyline -115
Total: Over/Under 48.0 (-110/-110)
The Chicago Bears are improving, and this was clear based on their recent win over the Cowboys. Dallas doesn’t have the best defense, but Caleb Williams had the best game of his professional career.
Williams threw for 298 yards in the win with four touchdowns and no interceptions. We expect the Bears to build on their success from last week and emerge victorious.
Packers: Spread -7.0 (-105) | Moneyline -315
Cowboys: Spread +7.0 (-115) | Moneyline +225
Total: Over/Under 47.5 (-110/-110)
Sunday Night Football has a great storyline in Week 4. Micah Parsons makes his return to Dallas, and there is definitely animosity between the defensive end and ownership.
Parsons has been a dominant force against opposing offensive lines, and he should terrorize Dak Prescott. Our biggest fear in this game is the Cowboys' defense, which hasn’t been able to stop anyone.
The Packers' offense will heat up after a bad week in Cleveland and emerge victorious.
Jets: Spread +2.5 (+100) | Moneyline +125
Dolphins: Spread -2.5 (-120) | Moneyline -150
Total: Over/Under 45.0 (-110/-110)
The New York Jets and Miami Dolphins are both in must-win situations. They are each 0-3, and wins for these AFC East foes may be hard to come by in 2025.
Neither team is very trustworthy on either side of the ball. However, the Dolphins' team speed should make the ultimate difference.
Bengals: Spread +7.0 (-110) | Moneyline +300
Broncos: Spread -7.0 (-110) | Moneyline -380
Total: Over/Under 44.0 (-110/-110)
The Cincinnati Bengals and Denver Broncos are both coming off losses. However, the Broncos are superior to the Bengals in every phase of the game.
Cincinnati looked awful with Jake Browning at quarterback. Minnesota’s defense embarrassed the Bengals, and they couldn’t even hold onto the ball. Denver should have similar success.
