Cal Raleigh has not looked like the AL MVP finalist he was in 2026, but we are betting on that changing tonight. The slugger will be facing a struggling young Angels pitcher whom he hammered hard last season. We believe that will set the catcher up for his first home run of the season and inject some life back into this Mariners team.
Below, we’ll share our three favorite home run prop bets for today. Caesars Sportsbook provides all the odds we use. If you’d like to give the Las Vegas giant’s mobile sportsbook, use our promo code WSNDYW when signing up to unlock a “Bet $1, Double Your Winnings 10x” offer.

There are some fantastic home run props out there today, but some stand above the rest. Below are the three players we’re locked in on.
We wanted to lock in this bet yesterday, but the game was postponed to today due to inclement weather. That means Isbel will be playing twice today, but we are locking this home run prop in for the second one (7:10 EST).
Many MLB fans may not know the Royals’ outfielder, but he is currently swinging the bat as well as anyone in the league. He owns a .500 average with two home runs and four RBIs over 18 at-bats. While he isn’t known for his power, Isbel’s two home runs have come in his last three games.
Isbel will be facing Brewers’ starter Brandon Sproat tonight. The 25-year-old is the Brewers' top pitching prospect, but was shelled in his first start for the team. He allowed seven runs on six hits and four walks over just three innings. The damage included three home runs, making him an easy target for a home run prop bet.
With Sproat starting the early game and Milwaukee starting the season strong, the team could let the young pitcher stay in longer, even if he gets roughed up. They won’t want to blow through the bullpen with Chad Patrick making the second start today, meaning Isbel should get a couple of cracks at the rookie.

The Phillies slugger is laboring at the plate to start the season, but that hasn’t stopped him from going deep three times. That includes yesterday at Coors Field, when he sent one pitch 460 feet over the wall.
Colorado hasn’t named its starter as of yet, but it honestly won’t matter. Coors Field is the holy land for the league’s power hitters, who benefit from Denver’s high altitude. That has made it impossible for the Rockies to attract top pitching talent, which is why we always back big hitters to go deep when they visit.

There has been some grumbling about Raleigh’s slow start, with the catcher failing to go deep and batting just .160 through the first seven games. However, doubting the power-hitting catcher is foolish, especially tonight.
Raleigh will be facing a familiar face tonight in Angels starter Jack Kochanowicz. While LA has high hopes for the young prospect, he has yet to prove why. He was decent in 11 starts in 2024, but went 3-11 with a 6.81 ERA and 1.75 WHIP in 23 starts last season. We saw that trend carry into 2026 in Kochanowicz’s first start, when he allowed five earned runs over four innings and struggled to find the strike zone.
The young pitcher didn’t give up a home run in his first start, but it was a problem for him last season. That includes against Raliegh, who is 3-5 with two home runs against Kochanowicz.
Even if Raleigh can’t repeat his 60 home-run season last year, he has hit 30+ in three straight years, meaning his first of the 2026 season is now overdue.
