There are many great pitchers taking the ball on Friday in Major League Baseball. My focus for NRFI betting is in Mariners vs. Rangers and Dodgers vs. Royals.
Caesars Sportsbook should have plenty of promotions heading into the weekend for MLB. New customers can get 10 100% profit boosts when they use code WSNDYW and bet $1 on the platform.

The best pitching matchup of the day takes place in Arlington where the Rangers host the Mariners. Logan Gilbert will face Nathan Eovaldi and both pitchers have a sub 3.50 ERA.
I love this NRFI wager because both offenses have struggled in 2025. Texas has the third worst team batting average in the league and Seattle is hitting just .247 as a club, which ranks 15th.
Gilbert enters this contest with a 2-2 record and an 3.12 ERA. He has walked just one batter in his last three starts which is important to keep in mind when betting the NRFI.
Eovaldi has a 1.56 ERA which is one of the best in baseball and I think he will continue to dominate on Friday. In 69.1 innings he has struck out 73 batters and has a 0.81 WHIP.
Seattle is coming off a series in Minnesota and will go straight to Arlington for this matchup. I think this will impact their offense, causing a slow with a good pitcher on the mound.
The Rangers are having one of their worst offensive seasons in years and I don’t see this changing on Friday.

I usually try to stay away from the NRFI in Dodger games, but Noah Cameron gets the start for Kansas CIty and he has been outstanding. Los Angeles will counter with Dustin May who has one of the best fastballs in the league.
The Royals offense has been non-existent as of late as they are coming off a scoreless game against Tampa Bay. They rank in the bottom of the league in almost every offensive statistic, so May should find success.
May is 4-5 with a 4.46 ERA to go with 72 strikeouts in 2025. Walks have been an issue for May this season, but if he pitches to contact against Kansas City he should cruise in the first inning.
Bobby Witt Jr. is the only player May should worry about in the first inning. As long as he stays ahead in the count, May will dominate.
Cameron has put the league on notice this season as he has been one of the successful pieces for the Royals. He has a 2.08 ERA in 47.2 innings to go with a 0.97 WHIP.
Cameron is the perfect matchup for Los Angeles who is hitting .265 as a team in 2025. This is the best team average in baseball by a long shot.
I trust the pitchers in this matchup to deliver and cruise through the first inning to cash this NRFI wager.

Mets vs. Pirates - David Peterson vs. Mitch Keller: Keller is 1-10 with a 4.02 ERA this season. New York should have a great day at the plate.
Athletics vs. Yankees - Mitch Spence vs. Will Warren: Warren has a 4.66 ERA and the Yankees crush the baseball at home.
