Best MLB Home Run Props Today June 10

With home run props, it’s sometimes best to keep it simple. That’s the approach on Tuesday, as we are mostly targeting the obvious candidates and top home run hitters in the big leagues. After all, why complicate things?

We’ve also kept things simple by getting odds from FanDuel Sportsbook. New FanDuel users are eligible to receive $200 in bonus bets if their first wager of $5 is right. Returning users can also take advantage of Dinger Tuesday, which provides a 50% profit boost on any home run prop on Tuesday.

Home Run Picks for Tuesday, June 10

Shohei Ohtani Anytime Home Run (+235) at FanDuel Sportsbook

Ohtani has now gone seven straight games without a home run. That’s tied for his longest home run drought of the season. Surely, this can’t last much longer, so we’re going to back him to end that drought on Tuesday. With a six-game hitting streak, it’s not as if Ohtani is in the midst of a slump, making a home run likely sooner or later.

The kicker is that he has three home runs in 19 career at-bats against San Diego starter Dylan Cease. To be fair, Cease has allowed just one home run in his last three starts. However, Ohtani being 6 for 19 with three home runs against Cease makes us confident that he can take him deep.

Kyle Schwarber Anytime Home Run (+215) at FanDuel Sportsbook

Schwarber is another slugger who has hit a home run drought. He has just one homer in his last 11 games, in part because the Cubs walked him three times on Monday. But that shouldn’t deter us from targeting Schwarber, who is always a threat to go deep.

On Tuesday, Schwarber and the Phillies will face Chicago’s Colin Rea. Schwarber is 3 for 8 with a home run in his career against Rea, making this a favorable matchup for Philly’s top power hitter. Rea has also allowed at least one home run in six of his last seven starts. Despite putting together a good season, he’s prone to mistakes, and a hitter like Schwarber can punish him if that continues.

Heliot Ramos Anytime Home Run (+280) at FanDuel Sportsbook

The Giants are playing at Coors Field on Tuesday, which is why we’re targeting Ramos to hit a home run. Despite hitting just one homer thus far in June, Ramos has 11 on the season, tying him for the second-most on the Giants. With Matt Chapman nursing an injury after getting hit on the hand, Ramos is San Francisco’s best home run target.

Ramos and the Giants will face Colorado’s Carson Palmquist. The lefty owns an 8.50 ERA through four starts, so the entire San Francisco lineup should be ready for a big game. In his only start at Coors Field, Palmquist allowed six earned runs on 10 hits over 4.1 innings, conceding two home runs. Since he hasn’t been much better on the road, the Giants have a good chance to hit multiple home runs on Tuesday, making Ramos an obvious target.

George Springer Anytime Home Run (+500) at FanDuel Sportsbook

Over the last week, Springer has put together a five-game hitting streak. He also has four extra-base hits during that stretch, including a couple of home runs. Even though Springer hasn’t had any multi-hit games lately, his power has come alive. After hitting two home runs in Minnesota over the weekend, he’s a good candidate to hit one in St. Louis on Tuesday.

To be fair, he has a tough assignment on Tuesday because Miles Mikolas has only allowed four home runs all season. On the other hand, Springer is 5 for 9 with a home run in his career against Mikolas. That past success and his recent hot streak make Springer a great home run candidate.
