Belal Muhammad has remained undefeated in the UFC since 2019 and that winning streak culminated last July at UFC 304 when he won the welterweight title from Leon Edwards in the main event. This weekend he makes his first title defense.
Muhammad takes on Australia’s Jack Della Maddalena, who has not lost a fight since 2016. He is coming off of a devastating knockout win over former title challenger Gilbert Burns that took place last March at UFC 299.
Della Maddalena was originally slated to face Leon Edwards but when original title challenger Shavkat Rakhmonov pulled out of his title fight due to injury, the number-five ranked Della Maddalena stepped in to take his place.
The champion will stand one-inch shorter and have a one-inch disadvantage in reach, but the grappling specialist still comes in as a -188 favorite at FanDuel to retain his championship.

For the first time since regaining her title last September, Valentina Shevchenko will defend her title; this time against number-two flyweight contender and former K-1 kickboxing champion Manon Fiorot.
Shevchenko went 1-1-1 against Alexa Grasso over her last three fights, ending the trilogy by regaining her flyweight championship at UFC 306.
Fiorot has not lost a fight since her first professional bout. She is on a 12-fight winning streak that includes seven wins in the UFC. She most recently defeated Erin Blanchfield by unanimous decision last March.
Shevchenko will have a 1.5-inch reach advantage over the taller Fiorot. However, in a rare occurrence for her, the champion is listed as a +100 underdog at FanDuel for this co-main event.

One of the greatest fighters of all time, Jose Aldo, will return to the octagon this weekend. Despite his age, he is once again listed as -215 favorite via FanDuel.
Aldo takes on Canadian fighter Aiemann Zahabi - a BJJ black belt who has won five in a row for the UFC.
Zahabi is coming off of a unanimous decision win over Pedro Munhoz that took place last November. Meanwhile, Aldo is just 2-2 in his last four fights and is coming off of a split-decision loss against Mario Bautista.
Zahabi will be the taller fighter but Aldo will have a two-inch reach advantage.

Like the current champion Valentina Shevchenko, the former flyweight champion Alexa Grasso is also listed as an underdog on this weekend’s main card.
Grasso’s last three fights all came against Shevchenko. She won the flyweight title from her at UFC 285. The two rematched and fought to a draw in September 2023. One year later, Grasso lost her title back to Shevchenko at UFC 306.
Natalia Silva, the number-five ranked women’s flyweight, is 6-0 in the UFC and hasn’t lost a fight since 2018. In her most recent appearance, Silva defeated former champion Jessica Andrade by unanimous decision.
Grasso will stand one-inch taller and have a one-inch reach advantage, but it is the younger Natalia Silva who is favored at -235 via FanDuel.

Saint Denis was on a five-fight winning streak before suffering recent losses against Dustin Poirier and Renato Moicano.

Saint Denis will stand two-inches taller and have a three-inch reach advantage.
