2019 ToyotaCare 250 Richmond Motor Speedway: Predictions and Odds
2019 ToyotaCare 250 Predictions and Odds
Christopher Bell’s strong run continues. The driver of the #20 car scored a dominant victory at Bristol which had eluded him last season.
Bell’s strong start makes him the favorite going into the next rounds. That is especially true for Richmond, where he won twice in 2018.
Just like the Bristol round, Richmond is also part of the Dash 4 Cash. This means Regulars from the Cup Series with at least five years of experience will are not allowed to take part.
Here are the predictions and odds for this year’s race.

Favorites to win the 2019 ToyotaCare 250
Christopher Bell’s run at Bristol naturally makes him the best pick for this round.
Bell’s past record at Richmond further boosts his chances.
The current points leader won both races at the track last season.
This includes a win from the pole in summer and a dominant run in spring.
Bell is the only current Xfinity Series regular to have won at Richmond in the past.
Austin Cindric has the second best average finishing position at the track among the regulars.
The sophomore racer scored his first career top 5 at Richmond last spring.
Cindric is currently sixth in the points standings.
The Team Penske driver is still chasing after his first victory in the series.
Reigning champion Tyler Reddick will likely be in the mix.
The points leader is riding a streak of four consecutive top 5 finishes.
Reddick is also coming off consecutive runner-up finishes at Texas and Bristol.
Cole Custer started from the pole last spring and scored a top 10 finish.
That, however, was his only career top 10 finish at Richmond.
But Custer is coming off a win at California and a pole position at Bristol.
Should his good run continue, the Stewart-Haas driver could be among the contenders.
Outsiders for the 2019 ToyotaCare 250 Win (+100)
With only one past winner among the Xfinity Series regular, just about every other driver is a dark horse.
Justin Allgaier does not have a particularly good history at Richmond.
The Xfinity Series veteran has never won at the track, with six top 10 finishes in 16 starts.
He did lead the race for a number of laps last summer before crashing out.
Series rookie Noah Gragson finished second at Richmond in his first career start last season.
Youngster Chase Briscoe is another interesting option.
The Stewart-Haas driver is on a hot-streak with three consecutive top 5 finishes.
Briscoe crashed out at Richmond last year in his only career start at the track.
However, should his solid run continue, the rookie could find himself battling for victory.
